I'm an all weather type girl!


After staying outside exactly 4 seconds the first time I felt snow on my paws, I've now decided it's fun to run and play in the snow.  It's even more fun when we come inside afterwards and get a treat.  I'm a making so many more adjustments to my foster home everyday.  I sleep a little later each morning and am getting better with walking on slippery floors.  I am so looking forward to Saturday's adoption day event and hoping that I'll find my forever home.  Once you meet me, you won't want to let me go.  See you Saturday!!

Sweet Quin

I have had a fabulous week in my foster home.  In addition to some walks in the park, we visited Petco and I was an instant hit with all the employees.  They said they knew I would find my forever home very soon.

In addition to going up and down the porch stairs, I have been practicing going up and down the big staircase inside the house.  I like it when my foster mom helps me a little and forces me to slow down so I don't fall - she also counts as we go and I think that helps me stay on track because I have a tendency to want to skip steps.  So far I know my numbers up to 14!  Who knows what's next - maybe I'll learn the alphabet.


I have met new people this week and I make such a good impression.  They seem to enjoy meeting me as much as I do them.  My manners are impeccable and everyday my family finds out more wonderful things about me.

 I think I need an exta pillow for my ears!

O is for OUTSTANDING - that's what I am - a totally fabulous little girl!

S is for SERENE -  nothing really seems to bother me.  I just love retired life.

H is for HOTTIE - Oh yes, I am beautiful!  Wait until you see my beautiful eyes and adorable ears and nose!

K is for KOZY  - I really love to cuddle and you can pet me for hours - really - I won't mind at all.

O is for OUTSIDE - I love going outside -  running, playing, sniffing, pond wading, etc. and I am doing well on a leash.

S is for SUNNY - that's my personality - happy, happy, happy!

H is for HARMONIOUS  - I get along with and enjoy the company of other pets.  And they enjoy my company as well because I'm just so sweet.



Q is for QUIET - I don't bark and am fine resting quietly in my crate when necessary (although I much prefer big comfy beds in the family room.)

U is for UNIQUE -   I am very special - you won't find another one quite like me.  I have yet to have a single accident in the house, I am doing very well going up and down stairs and I don't like peanut butter, so don't even try to disguise any medication in a peanut butter treat.    
                  
I is for INQUISITIVE  -  I am interested in everything!!!  Nose leading the way, I will explore every inch of your house and your yard.                  

N is for NEED - I NEED a forever home.  I NEED YOU!
